Super Admin

Use the internal operations panel for pricing control, customer provisioning, renewals, support diagnostics, and lead conversion.

What the super admin panel is for

The super admin panel is an internal operations surface. It is used to provision customers, issue activation keys, edit pricing, monitor renewals, retry failed emails, review webhook health, and convert inquiries into customers.

Daily ops flows

Sales Ops

Capture inquiries, add lead notes, set enterprise pipeline stages, and convert a lead into a customer record.

Commercial Ops

Configure pricing and plan copy that reflects directly on the public pricing page.

Renewal Ops

Review the expiring-soon queue and send renewal reminders before expiry.

Support Ops

Release device bindings, retry failed emails, and review recent Stripe webhook diagnostics.

Super admin operations overview
Treat the super admin panel as an internal control surface for sales, support, and renewal operations.
Customer provisioning, pricing, inquiry conversion, and webhook diagnostics should remain auditable admin actions.
Use device-binding release and activation reissue carefully because they directly affect commercial access control.
Annotated view: the super admin model exists to reduce internal commercial/support friction, not to replace the customer application.

Customer provisioning flow

  1. Create or update the customer from the panel.
  2. Select plan, billing cycle, and lead stage.
  3. Issue the activation key if the customer is ready to onboard.
  4. Send the activation key by email from the same flow.

Operational cautions

  • Pricing changes are live website-facing changes, not internal draft notes.
  • Device binding release should be done carefully because it allows re-activation on a different machine.
  • Webhook health is operational diagnostics, not a substitute for payment-provider reconciliation discipline.
The current panel is an internal admin tool. It should not be exposed publicly without stronger admin authentication and role controls.
