By downloading, installing, or using GST Billing Pro ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on supported Windows devices for your internal business operations.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Modify or create derivative works.
- Distribute, sublicense, or rent the Software to third parties.
- Bypass license enforcement mechanisms.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
GST Billing Pro is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. While we aim to provide accurate GST calculations and formatting, you are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with the laws set forth by the Government of India.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developers be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of business, or inaccurate tax filing) arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
